Mike’s background includes senior leadership roles across sales, marketing, and strategy, supporting consumer brands and private-equity-backed businesses to periods of growth through complexity. That experience shapes how he serves clients today—listening carefully, asking the right questions, and helping people make the right long-term decisions that are aligned with what matters most to them.
At the core of Mike’s work is a genuine desire to help people steward what they’ve been given and move forward with intention. His faith informs how he approaches relationships and service,emphasizing integrity, humility, and care for the whole person.
Outside of work, Mike values time with his family above all else. He and his wife Leah are active in their church community as small group leaders at Carmel Baptist Church. When they’re not together at home or with friends, Mike loves being outdoors—fly fishing, camping, cycling, running, and staying involved in soccer, both playing and coaching.
