In this August portfolio update, we cover key highlights from several of our holdings. Apple is a new addition to the Div 50 portfolio, with a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, continuing their 11-year streak of increases. Dover declared a dividend of $0.51 per share, marking their 68th consecutive year of increases. Altria raised their quarterly dividend by 4% to $1.02 per share. Additionally, a number of companies, including Chevron, TD Bank, Exxon, and more, maintained their steady dividend payouts this quarter.
